The subdivision contains twenty-six lots, each five or ten acres in size. Four luxury homes have been built in the neighborhood, the most recent completed in 2019.
The northwest edge of the neighborhood is surrounded by a permanently protected area owned by the Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy.
